Time spent in the barn, hugging my horse always gives me peace. He has a way of always making the stress disappear

Anytime we go to the beach I always find peace, clear my mind, and get better focused.

Working outside. Always!

A hug and hearing that everything is going to be OK.

My girls laughter.

Sitting with my discomfort, knowing that I am feeling like I do for a reason and there is something bigger that I need to learn.

Knowing that there is always another opportunity to make the necessary changes in order to do and be better.
