The fact that I went ALL day without my car's Brake Alarm going off!!! I was so happy on the way home that I went a whole day without that damn alarm driving me nutts! I'm so embarrassed but relieved that it just needed brake fluid!! .....$3.80 for one bottle (buy one get one free) is MUCH better than the HUGE repair bill I was so worried about!! It had me so flustered for DAYS that all I could think about was "HOW MUCH IS THIS GONNA COST ME NOW?" ..."PLEASE MAKE IT UNTIL I GET MY BONUS!".... and the day the alarm went off ALL the way to work... I yelled "SHUT THE HELL UP OR DIE, EITHER ONE, BUT LEAVE ME ALONE!".....
Thank goodness it was ONLY the brake fluid!! I was a very happy, smiling woman on the way home.... now all I need is new tires, a ball joint/tie rod or bearings, air conditioner, lawn mower, washer/dryer and 2 window unit air conditioners.... before summer! May all the above go as easy as the $3.80 bottle of brake fluid! |

Just been thinking of this today-
The holidays were to be difficult, with my children gone away & working so many hours at work.. & of course Our distance and missing Our loved ones - But, regardless of anything - Mtn and i BOTH completely enjoyed our first Christmas, because of our time spent together and making the best of everything... but also... - the Zombie Christmas card exchange, along with exchanging Christmas cards with some other of Our friends, really helped make Our holiday bright ♥.. We opened cards together via Skype, and smiled much from sweet messages within those cards.. as well as messages via our profiles here on BFP.. We love this Community ♥ & Daddy, thank You for making my Christmas full of smiles, love & wonderful memories..xoxox

Today was just DANDY. When you are doing long distance, the little things really matter. We had a blast watching a marathon of a show we both like. I love hanging out with my girl. We are planning and looking forward to her next visit, 61 days! A light blanket of snow fell, the trees are flocked and pretty. Feeling peaceful and optimistic for the coming year. And of course HER always.
