Today I am a woman who has learned important lessons about love, loss and learning to lean on myself. I am confident, capable and gorgeous. I laugh my way through life because it sustains me. Today I will honor my transformative self. I will bless every memory while releasing the painful ones. I will hold each moment in my mind like a photo in a scrapbook. I will honor my self by knowing which ones need to be in the front and which ones must move to the back.
