up quite early a discomfort has been an urge to chew more then my smoothie the green juice is high octane for sure no no headache and I think that is because I've been off the coffee and meat, dairy for several months so only urge to chew into a grain and emotions surfacing along with increasing clarity more vivid dreams two more days then I "eat" only green juice preparing myself to having no green smoothies which I have grown to love tomorrow's green juice ginger fennel dandelion kale cilantro apple pear H2O green smoothie pears apples some green juice H2O flax oil Greco |

Day 5
Hi Veggie Lovers,
Day 5 has come and is almost gone. Tomorrow Day 6 green juice only all day, and evening for the next 5 days. Skin is smoother, already? Amazing, yes. Cravings? Oh yes, those too...I drink H2O or more green smoothie. More changes? Yes, but I won't write them here. Thanks for listening to me talk to myself, lol. Greco |

I am in bed today kinda sick. I've been drinking and eating a lot of fresh and juiced greens and herbs. I also stopped dairy, coffee, meat, processed fats. I am in full detox mode and feeling like poo.
 This is about day 6 or 7 I think. When I get sick my craving for sugar and carbs gets out of control.
