The boots are a little busy but if you break it up with pants or a long skirt, I think I would like them better. Or wear socks that you can kind of pull down on top of them, like leg warmers. That would be cute.

They remind me of my Bongos which recently cracked on me and I'm looking for a replacement pair of shit kickers.
