Scooby, you have my support. whole heart and what is left of my mind! If there is anything I can do please don't hesitate to ask.

I will offer you my best suggestions which are, go to loads of meetings, select a home group, find a sponsor and get into the steps right away. These things have served me very well and have never harmed me in anyway.

My thoughts and prayers are with you. I hope you will find the joy that there is to be had in the process of getting and staying sober, there is plenty to be had!
