I was recently in the market for the first time in awhile as well. One big change is that cyberskin is largely gone, except perhaps for a few novelty items here and there. The big drawback of course was that it was not sterilizable. I got a Vixskin model and it does have a bit more of a lifelike feel than traditional silicone, but to me it does not measure up to cyberskin in terms of feel. However because it is silicone, it can be sterilized. I am satisfied with the Vixskin, but I don't love it.

Yeah, cyberskin is mostly used for male masturbators, these days, from what I've seen. I mean there are, of course a few like the Marco Banderas cock but it's been mostly phased out now that they're making silicone based toys that are a bit more lifelike. I wish I had a better recommendation for you, but I find that Vixskin's the most lifelike material out there*, besides cyberskin--and I don't really like cyberskin because it just requires so damn much maintenance and I don't want to have to think that much about what I'm going to fuck or fuck with.

*I am excepting, of course, superskin, since I've never seen a fully functioning fucking dildo made of it. If cyberskin made a dildo with a firm inner core, I could see that being nice.

I second the recommendation of Goodfella! It's realistic, bends (so you can pack it), has a great curve, a soft, spongy head (it's good for blowjobs), and big balls.

I highly recommend the products at lolajake.com. They look and feel incredible! Also, they have pack and play models that work very well.
