Facebook messages from my son ~ He has left Afghanistan! He is somewhere between Afghanistan and Russia, he said he can't tell me where. He did say his stay in Russia would not be long and from there he will go to Germany and from Germany, home  I can not even begin to express how excited and relieved I am that he is Out. Of. After a very busy 8 hours at work, then night school...I am so tired didn't think I could smile and I saw a couple walking together in my neighborhood holding hands and that made me smile :-). Now...Time to pass out from being dog tired!!

Not too horrible interview turned into a not so horrible job offer..
I'm pretty sure my boss at the temp agency didn't send anyone else.. Grin... while once upon a time I would have HATED the fact that I didn't beat out two hundred other people for a job, now? ehh I'm rather glad for the lack of competition... I'm pretty happy... It's a small job with a small company with the possiblitity of more responsibility down the line.. Just what I need... It made me smile and do a little skip.. Also... Mom is back in the hospital, BUT it's only a touch of pneumonia... Big Smile... she sounds good.. coughing is shallow, breathing sounds normal.. Her O2 is at 97 resting and 84 after moderate activitity... Smiles all around...
