The support is great and it's nice that you all understand what a struggle quitting can be. Just realized, it is 7 days today...still not out of the woods...will probably always be in the woods...but each day I breathe a little easier!

day 22 cutting down
First let me say CONGRATS to all who are quitting or trying to quit! That is fanstastic!
I have chosen to cut down as you have seen. I haven't been back in a few days so thought I would check in..lol I am on day 22 and I am currently at 3 to 4 a day right now. Will be cutting down to 2 or 3 real soon. My body is still fighting it a lil. But this is what seems to work for me the best. Seems to me like that lil bit would be easy to cut down but seriously it is not. But it will happen...trust that...ha! It simply amazes me I have kept to it and am down to that..btw I have gained 5 lbs so I am still ok..That won't be hard to get off. smiles

Just a question to everyone else.
Have any of you noticed horrible heart burn since you have tried to quit or when you quit before? If so, what did you do for it? Nothing seems to help yet that I have tried.

Sorry I don't have anything to pass on for this, I never had that out of all the times I have quit.
Not sure how to reply to the message you left! I don't have a particular team to root for this year....pretty much the Super Bowl this year is just a reason for friends to get together. Quote:
