some nights the helplessness i feel consumes
my heart, my mind, my soul
every fear, every doubt, every hurtful word comes
crashing down upon me like ice
every nerve in searing pain
all the tears in the world can't heal this pain
somehow i find it in me, though
to recover

You'll just fill me with false lies and when it dies I lay there clueless with what to do.
So what do I do? I run back to you and ask for help one more.
But you fill me with false lies and tell me it'll be okay when it won't but I kept falling and now I can't get back up anymore to run to you.
