Day 12 smoke free


Having a very difficult day today..Having an extremely hard time not smoking.
My daughter left today which made me sad. And others I love have been challenging my emotions all day.
People need to stop!!! Sorry bitching!

I haven't smoked but I am telling you, today is truely testing my limits.

It's those sorta days that really test our mettle and prove that we're really on the course to success. You're doing it. You're dealing with a crap day without a ciggie. How amazing is that? Have you done that in the last few years?

Its rewarding when I look back but during it..it still doesn't feel to great..ha go figure...lol

I don't know how I didn't do it today. I was near smoking and I actually stayed in my car for awhile because I knew if I got out of the car and passed my son's boyfriend smoking, I would have asked for one. I don't know what it is about today, but it was rough...probably stress and I may be coming down with a cold ...anyway, I didn't smoke, but it was hard as hell not to!

It can be damn hard...way cool you kept on going on...it seems to re eforce it more when you do..ya know?

It is rough as hell sometimes but you did it. That means you can do it again. Remember the nicotine is out of your body now, why put any more back in...it won't make the stress any less and will only make you feel worse because you fell off non-smoking magic carpet.

No-one said it was gonna be easy, they did say it would be worth it though.

Remember there are no reasons to smoke only excuses.

Day 13

I am smoke free and still amazed..lol
It is getting easier to get through the desires for a smoke..usually.
I have moments it isn't but I work through em.

Thanks for all the beautiful support.

I may not be here for a few days. We shall see but if not it is a non smoking place I am going to..ha the hospital.
I am having a few issues that I may or may not be admitted for.

But I will be back. That is only if I don't get it under controle so I don't have to go...crossin fingers.
