What Are You Thankful For?

The sunrises-the sunsets and everything in between. My little pup, my beautiful granddaughters and the gift of them. The way flowers are trying to bloom in feb....wth? the smell of fresh rainfall. my electric blanket and a coffee maker that works while im asleep. 3 well rounded adult children. A place to call home.

I am thankful for that moment:
you know that moment when you realized you've made it to THAT moment as a woman...you know the one you aspired to be...
the softer but strong version of your own mom,
the capable and sane woman
the one who learns and teaches
the loved and lover

and I am thankful someone said "hay look over there"... she's right there.
