My youngest brother (Dan) told me my stepmom is back in the hospital
I worry so much for both of them as he has taken care of her 24/7 for so long now
He told me he can't even go out for fear of leaving her alone
Although he does go out when they need things for the house
I'm grateful he moved there about 6 months after I left

My brother Peter will find out next week if his cancer has spread or the chemo is helping

R has a doc appointment in April and won't have to wait 6 months to get checked again
She's been feeling really tired lately, I talked to her today

For them I pray daily along with my prayers for others in my life that are near and dear to me

We just found out that PinkieLee's partner D-Ray lost her mom yesterday morning after a long battle with Cancer.

Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers.

Lighting a candle for my roommate, and best friend, Hayden. I received a call at midnight tonight, advising me that he had been admitted for meningitis, in a small town 2 hours from home...I drove out to be here for him and because his girlfriend does not have the MPOA to make decisions for him. I cannot post a candle with my iPhone, so I am keeping the picture of one in my head for him. I am praying that it is viral and not bacterial, which is much worse.

for those who are sick, for those who have died or are dying, for those who are dealing with surgery, chemo, and the unknown,
for those for whom life is harsh, for our bio-families, our families of choice, and our friends and for those who are trying to help in so many different ways - may we be open to that help...we cannot get through this life without help from others...may we be open and accepting and grateful.
