If you are looking to post a photo on your Profile I do believe you need to buy a membership. Otherwise you get to add some photo's free to the gallery as long as you re-size them so they are not huge. The smaller the photo the more photos you can add.

This isn't a dating site although many have found their partners on here. So searching for "women in your area" might be difficult. Maybe I'm wrong, someone correct me if I am.
