- a damn good workout today
- walking into a step class at the Gym by myself, with my brave face on - i'm getting good at this! - belief in myself and working through some issues i'm having on my journey.. - Scrabble time with my Daddy, ♥ - the fact He trusts me so deeply, & confides in me, i'll never take that for granted..ever.. - positive thoughts, & meditation for His Mom helped - a long, hot shower for the sore muscles, & a little relaxation! - a lovely mild day, walking to & from the gym & enjoying the fresh air.. - starting my training to run today - marathon in August! - abstinence day #5! and lastly, one helluva lot of self confidence, more than i've ever imagined having, and seriously loving this beautiful journey i am on, more & more each day... i feel pretty amazing these days, hard lessons along the way but the growth is SO very worth it!

The fact that tonight it's warm enough to sleep with the door open and the screen door hooked. Outside air flowing through the room as I sleep is a rarity in Texas in the short seasons between heater and air-conditioner. It reminds me of being a kid, when the windows were often open and the outside air flowed through the house. It felt like possibility and it felt like the world was home.

Updating our wedding site to tell more about us
(shamless plugging: http://www.mywedding.com/kimandshannon ) A day spent with my girls looking at (hella scary) houses and plotting how we'd renovate the one we are eyeballing. Cooking dinner with the boi while the kiddo plays Pokémon. Logging in to see the wedding is in 92 days  Having the March 10-11 weekend off so I can go with the boi to NJ. Coincidentally, the last time I went was March 10-11 last year, and that was when hy proposed! We are making plans to go into Philly Saturday night of that week, to Sister's, and party it up

the party goers cheering each other on during the pinata fun.
the squeal for cake the helping each other make crafts the spontaneous game of hide and seek where all 12 kids get in the closet (how is that hide and seek I'll never know) the boys at the party hiding under Dani's bed (flash forward oh no!) the kids getting together and hiding in her room and giving her another "surprise" happy birthday song. totally random croquet game in very windy weather my girl giving up her treat bag yo-yo to a friend and making it all better. the parents saying wow I'd be going crazy right now... |
