People who try to use others as an excuse or as a scapegoat because they are too afraid to admit the real issue is, they want to be the center of attention *ALL* the time..

When someone makes a sandwich and doesn't put anything away when they are finished....

before this thread i thought i was a nit-picking easily annoyed person. Ok i am.

but in reading all this i am not alone!

for the life of my i have never understood what is so dang hard about just picking up after yourself (unless you are my Syr and give me the honor of doing that for you)....

If the sink is empty, and you put something in it, it's not empty anymore. it would be nice if it became empty once again after you were done with it.

my first roommate thought and felt like me, it was amazing because neither of us felt the other was disrespectful!

I've pretty much come to the conclusion that I probably shouldn't live with others. While I can put a lot of things on "ignore", I can't do it forever and eventually I become resentful of the dirty dishes in the sink, the other person "never" vacuuming, dusting, just plain ole not cleaning at all. All of it drives me nuts after a while, and I find it incredibly disrespectful.

Maybe I'm just gettin old LOL
