When they take you shopping for an 'interview outfit'... and they make you try on 12 different suits, the whole time making comments and critiques about how things look, and they have a better 'eye' for fashion than you do... they take the time and effort to see to it you have just the RIGHT outfit... even if they make you twirl around a few hundred times and critique the lady next door about how her dress fits her butt *chuckles*.... that hand to their chin, the tilt of their head and the gleam in their eyes when they say "that's the one"
