- Getting my haircut and having my lil ole spikey's back and feeling more feisty with my fresh haircut.

I just got an email from the Mexican American Studies Department and even though I didn't get in to the Public Health portion of the program, they still want me to do my graduate studies in their department!!!!! I am beyond happy!!

my partner (who is a secular jew and definitely not a fan of religion) refers to sundays as jesus day now (to be cute). and puts up with my religiosity with excellent humor

- wearing His commitment around my neck.., never taking it off, being able to reach up and feel it there through the day..knowing i'm His, and being the proudest girl in the world.. - Our countdown, of course.. 137 days! - happy, well behaved teenagers who love Us, and really are good children overall, who love, love, love to prove they can still drive me mad crazy a few times a day! lol. Who can confide anything in me, and happy they are feel close enough to do so, i feel i've done good over the years, no matter how hard times were.. - sunshiney days... a walk/run by the lake today, beautiful scenery, feeding ducks, cool air, rosey cheeks, meditation moments, words with Buddha, deep thoughts of Our future, and how blessed i feel, truly.. i don't own a lot of material possessions, but feel i have it all in life, love & friendships.. Seeing everything for what it is, appreciating, practicing gratitude, random acts of kindness.. smiling, positive thoughts & well into my recovery, regardless of challenging days, i'm feeling pretty friggin' amazing these days.
