I've also to this point binged on carbs, sugar, snacks and the like. Have struggled with relapse for the last 13-14 years in a 12 step program for overeaters.

Wish me luck! Will post once I get back. It's no fun being over 300 lbs and not being able to walk comfortably, among many other things.

Today:

Breakfast:
Smoothie made with almond milk, banana, peanut butter, ice, and low-fat yogurt = 5 ww points

Mid-morning snack:
Large spicy hot v8 = 4WW points

Lunch:
Progresso light soup Southwest Vegetable = 4 WW points

Afternoon snack:
Banana and apple = 0 points

Pre-Gym snack:
Pumpkin and flax granola bar = 4 WW points

Dinner tonight:
Probably a lean cut of leftover steak and some steamed veggies. Guestimating 8 WW points there.


This is only 25 points for the day and I get 42 but I am trying to break my plateau so will try this for a few days to see what happens.
