You're lucky to have so much outdoorsy stuff near you, many folks don't. Are there no 'Hiking Dykes' around your way to get out and about with? There are several such groups here.

Now there, see, I've heard of Camp David but it's one of those unreal, only-heard-of-it-on-the-tv news sorta places.

im with DELS on that....... i lo ve the outdoors as well......
in fact i carry some of my fishing stuff with me and a walking stick......in my truck.
and it is hard to find.... a nice handsome butch to take us girls out hiking and such...

have you tried mushy peas LieslKate? They're quite quite delicious when served accompanying the right thing. As has been said they are traditional with fish and chips but I quite like them with bacon chops and new potatoes....there are those that have them with their Sunday roast too.

I'm a bad northerner, I spice my mushy peas up with my ever present chilli
