Actually, that's something we need to look into. vBulletin 4.x is the forum software.

Hi Linus , wouldd you please , help me with my avatar and my in box . Since I was banned everything disappeared and I am not getting out of website , because some people have a problem with me .I paid for my inbox message and avatar . thanks so much ..

Linus thanks for my avatar , but my inbox it's showing % 100 full which its impossible . I do not have 1500 messages . thanks for your help if you can't fix it , please let me know who I should talk to .
