Love is...many things.It's fleeting,illusive,not something you can't hold in your hand,cant be chased or caught.But ive been told that it starts from with in your own heart by loveing youself before you can love another,only then will this thing we call love spred and be able to come back to the sender.It must be given and not taken taken for granted buy the recever nor used as a ploy by the sender to use anyone for the sole purpose of player useing it to do wrong to anyone or thing.Only when love is used with great care can it bennifit the sender and who ever comes in its path is it able to come back as true love in its varying highs and lows to family,friends includeing all liveing things...even a stranger we share a smile with to began the journey that is uplifting.

Love is waking up together, but then you fall back asleep and she takes the dog out of the room so it does not trample you.. Then comes back in an hour to wake you back up, dog in tow
 Love is her bringing the car to the shop door when it rains, despite my constant protest of "I'm not going to melt!" Love is lingering kisses, and staring into each others eyes Love is cooking dinner together and sharing the clean-up Love is looking over at your partner sleeping and thinking "Damn, I fucking love her like crazy" Love is being interrupted during a makeout session by a puppy who wants some loving too! Love is a cat sitting outside the tub while you shower 'serenading' you.. and I use that term loosely LOL Love is thinking about adding another furbaby to our household once we move into the new house, despite her special needs..She pulls at our heart strings, and Phoebe would love a play mate (http://www.petfinder.com/petdetail/22306924) Love is a constant state in which I live.. Annoyed, sad, mad - all it takes is coming home to her, and I am happy  (Okay, sometimes I have even grumpier says and have to vent first.. but then I am uber happy )

Telling her I got a small watermelon today but don't have what to carve into it with and her reply being... "See this is why we need to live together. I have knives for watermelon." That makes perfectly good sense. Why didn't I think of that? lol |
