morning Loft dwellers and peekers  it is thirsty thrusday .... annnd im still hanging in Detroit, and not by my choosing. Had this awsome load yesterday evening going allllll the way to Witchita KS , soo i was already at a plaza to pick up a few things . i go to start my truck and get rolling to pick this load up around detroit and .. HA.. my truck wouldnt start.... turns out the starter went.. *sigh* the kicker to this story I was around the machanic's shop all afternoon , why couldnt of broke down THERE!! .... ok my lil rant is over.. lol morning OS .... what will you do today?? i hear your glass art calling your name  hehe.. just a thought.. you do such awsome work the pink going????  names??? lol ok guess they are about ready for me to pull my truck around... yayy ... Get ER done.. there is a lady here girl...?? hmm well anyways she runs this whole truck repair operation, she is in her maybe hmm late 20's?? early 30's im guesing.. has these awsome pink n purple streaks in her hair.. lol has horses... NO one.. and i mean NO one is allowed to swear in her shop.. not even the machanics.. or she will fine you $$ .. and there are a few signs posted saying so. lol she is serious..... she finds it offensive to her costumers and herself. im gonna give her a print of my war pony painting. anyways................. have a awsome day everyone. bbl

i went to a dance last night that could have been a lofters dance it was a lot of fun with great people i have known a long time funny how when you live in the same community you actually notice when you are all aging. add it just is and you just go with it and you don't think twice about it.
10 years ago staying out till 2 or 3 in the morning no problem now i need a pillow by 9 and 11 is pushing it for me... i love it... happy weekend my fellow lofters I am proud to be amongst this group

Finally in from a very long but great day of bowling, dinner and finishing up with an evening of poker with friends.

So, moving is finally completed. Today we cleaned the townhouse. Tomorrow is the move out inspection and hopefully, by Tuesday I will be able to sit and let that stressful time go.

turns out the pain in my hand is partially, a nerve problem in my elbow. Dr wants to take care of the elbow and see what happens to the wrist. MRI didn't show anything in the wrist. Most likely a small tear they can't see. If it doesn't calm down, they may go in and "do some scraping" ouch! will schedule surgery for elbow soon. Still have neck dr to see.
Sister and her wife have been visiting from Alaska. Neighbors rotty jumped the fence and bit my sisterinlaw. Had to report it. Police had to come out. Now they are claiming we are harrassing them... uhhh really?? Police don't believe him. Rotty was not registered so he is being slapped with a fine. Has to provide proof of up to date shots. They will not put in a new fence (of course he told the cop he would) bc he is out of work (always out of work) and can't afford it. REALLY??? and we can?? Have to do it in order to keep my 72 year old mother and my little Bella safe. Thanks God for a home depot credit card and a family friend who will let us pay him on time for the labor and not charge us much as it is. OYE!!!!!!!!!!!! |
