Today I am perfect just as I am. I am healthy and make good decisions for myself. I know what I need to know for this time in my life. I am surrounded by amazing people who remind me that I am loved and loving. Seek joy, y'all. Pass it on!

Today I am thankful for all the things I didn't get to do. I hold my life in my hands as an example to my younger self of what happens when we get denied things we want. I am loved and loving and that is more than enough for this day. Seek joy, y'all. Pass it on.

Today I will focus on what needs to be let go of and let go of it. I will not hold on to one tiny piece. I will just let go. I will release old loves that no longer server me. I will repurpose current loves to fit into my world better. I am loved and loving. Seek joy, y'all. Make it a priority.
