my job... regardless of how simple and easy it is... i have it until i pass my CPT exam.
i am able to pay rent & bills with ease. and for that... i am thankful

- to be able to take steps to improve my heath..it feels like one of my most difficult journeys in my lifetime, but as i see & feel the changes in my health, i am so thankful for choosing this path to follow..And plan on keeping on! - for love, how blessed i feel to have such an amazing Daddy/Sir/Partner & Halfside. Mr Mtn proves daily just how very loved i am, and can i also say how much i love Him soo..And proud to belong to Him. <3 - Opportunites & the confidence to go for them.. Nursing course, weight loss support group, my recovery & new sponsor, f2f meetings and much, much more.. - my growing knowledge of triggers, the who's and the what's - and constantly seeking ways to distance them and take some steps forward..Not dwelling in that headspace anymore, it's all about smiles, positivity and embracing the good things & good people!

food, sleep, love, understanding, connection.
having the words to express what i mean and also being around people who sometimes don't need me to say the words because they know already. being in community. i didn't realize volunteering at the acupuncture clinic was going to mean this much to me in terms of being in community. i'm grateful for that. i'm grateful to be able to do something to help others, and to know they have my back. |

For my old boss in Oregon, he wrote the most amazing letter of reference about me, then sent it special parcel to get here quickly. I know he is busy like mad and he still took time to talk and help me with what immigration wants, and an invite to us his cottage which is not to far from here, FIRST i told him HE has to get here, then we are going fishing!

Amazing, generous, kind, gracious, genuine, smart, witty coworkers who make me smile and feel valued every day ... Working with and getting to know my newest Consultant makes me so very thankful for her...and she makes me laugh every day.. ...I'm also incredibly thankful for the Nurses I work with, I believe they have 'earned their wings' and I'm so blessed to be surrounded and supported by such amazing people!! I can't imagine doing my work or facing my day without them!! The more I get to know about them, the more thankful I am.
I'm forever thankful for certain friends that always have my back. I'm thankful for new opportunities and for being a fiercely independent woman. After being a caretaker for many years while never taking care of myself... I'm thankful for finally making myself and my needs a priority. Ohhhh...I nearly forgot.... I'm THANKFUL for pay day!! (especially since I only get paid once a month now) |

If anyone had told me that I would still be so absurdly in love with my wife almost thirteen years after we met, I would have spilled my drink. But here I am waiting for her to come home, texting her the grocery list, and I honestly just can't get over it.
