Can you recommend resources for beginners??? I have tried to take classes, but am dyslexic and had to look in mirror to figure out where my fingers were supposed to go, lol.

Would love to be able to play moldie oldies and sing along....

Hi SB,I use the Ralph Paul guitar system,it's easy and you can go at your own speed.The number is 1-800-653-2386 from 8am till 10 pm,they have several options to choose from,I got the R.Paul guitar made easy 4 DVD package with shiping and processing it was $55.85,they saiud it wold take about six weeks but I got it in two weeks.I have enjoyed useing the dvd's
causeI can watch the lesson a fue times then giveit a try..dyslexic hear to.

Assuming you're right-handed, maybe take lessons from a left-handed guitarist? You'd have the mirror effect that way too!
