Had early AM ortho appt. to get knee injected, then went by orthotist's for fitting of abdominal binder for hernia.
Came home and had lunch, pottied Heidi, my dachsie Played on Planet Texted with my honey some Watched some of my TV shows on History Channel online Napped Had dinenr Talked with my cuz in Texas Pottied Heidi and played with her tennis ball.. Showered now playing on Planet...lol with my Buddy!!!
