aww wow sorry to read this Ruthie......... i seen on DR OZ once.. about migrains... he suggest humming.. heh for how long I dont know. but its suppose to help. think he has this rememdy on his web site.

yeaaaP im home... lol ....
and waiting for 9pm to hit......... cuzzzzz Masterchef is coming on fox ... the 1st episodes are always the fun ones... heh. ramsey and 2 other chefs judge amature cooks... like house wives, construction workers , teachers .. etc.... non professional cooks. today and tomorrow are kinda like the try outs. its a fun show and yes ramsey is NOT mean on this one. lol
only on hells kitchen ..... in fact thats suppose to start up this week too..... YAYYY!!
