Checkin back in on my 5th non-smoking day. Ok... wth is goin on? I tried to cheat today and that is'nt even fun anymore. My cig tasted totally different! I mean... yucky and pukey different! It almost made me sick.
 Did that happen to anyone else here, or is my mind playin tricks on me?

Okay a friend is going to bring me an ecig they never used so I can check it out and I am looking at some herbal supports to help out too. I just really need to quit. Each failure at not quitting seems like such a bummer. And it is past time. enough with the excuses and such. I am going to be firm with myself.

okay still a wussy today. I am going to do my best to stave off smoking. goal... find smokers cleanse product to help out... focus on breathing and more breathing.
