morning Loft dwellers and peekers

wow i took a nice long hike yesterday to my mom's.. lol
it was ok.. the weather was awsome and stil is.. not use to walking that far, think its about 2 miles. i may go for another walk today but not as far.

i still feel like i have a groin problem, its not super painful just a lil and maybe a lil more when i do to much , like walk 2 miles.. lol I do try to find humor in myself.. think its the jokster in me or hiding my real pain i dont know .. oh well.
anyways..........
sooo last night i was doing some reserach on that area of the body and where im feeling the discomfort and all..... and well ...... it might be something else a female problem , soo as soon as the phone lines open at the doc's office i am making an appointment and check into this further.
gosh i hope its nothing more..... cuz it would put a damper on some things.. *sigh* .. wel at least for a lil while.... i cant stay down for long , im always on the go .. if not trucking , at home , i have to always be doing something or going somewhere. I guess i get bored easliy. maybe thats why i drove the trucks for so long.. even though sitting all the time was not good.
ok im rambling enough here.
so whats for breakfast??

dont know where everyone else is....... ohhhh well.

today is . High wire day here........ meaning that guy will be walking the wire across the falls tonight..!!! can u believe that starting at 8pm..

in other news here.... few days ago a doctor whom is a skilled in weapons from being in the marines , a well liked surgeon doctor, shot his x .. 4x at the hospital where they worked... and now no one can find him.
yestrday that same hospital had a bomb threat.

its gonna be a awsome sunny day here in buffalo land... hope you all have a great weekend.
