is there a pool at the hotel? i'm down for the dance all night and swim the next day workout (there's going to be dancing, right? there'll be dancing in my room :P)...i'm not really a gym person. i might get up at 7am to watch you hotties though

Excellent!! I am a Vinyasa yogi but we can just do some gentle stretching and Yin asanas to get us going! YAY!

Are there going to be tights or leotards worn for this event? You know, like on 20 minute workout from the 80's!

How about leg warmers and head bands? Olivia Newton John-esque?

Will Uncle Daddy be using jazz hands while wearing tights?

There are some things that might draw some more exercisers in for the festivities!

There just might be - Uncle Daddy just got him a pair of speedos! Those and his sexy Hans voice are going to be hot hot HOT!

Sorry - we do not do all of that jumping around sh!t. Even in my bulletproof underarmour bra.

~Gulp~ Umm I'm just a beginner so I really don't want to break anything with the Vinyasa Yoga... Key WORDS (((I am a Beginner))) lol. But I will try my best to keep up even if you have to have others untwist my legs and arms after the session.. Even if I have to suck in my stomach to see my feet ~shakes head~And no, I refuse to wear zebra or cheetah tights, doesn't match my eyes!

We won't get too crazy, Blaze! PROMISE! Yin is a favorite of mine because even beginners can do it. It's all gentle stretching poses, just prolonged a bit. I always encourage people to try and breathe through the stretching process and if they can't, then you can always just rest in child's pose.

It'll be great! Zebra leotards and all.
