Still trucking over here... now down 18.5 pounds since May 7th. Eating fresh food most of the time. Heavy in veggies and fruit. Eating several times a day for about 200 to 300 calories and then working out to burn about 200 calories (30 minutes a day on the bike)... going well so far!
This week I start focusing on calcium intake. I have sodium down to great levels unless we go out to eat dinner - and my other vitamins are pretty fantastic due to fresh fruits and veggies - so now I tackle the calcium hurdle. I've even bought milk. I don't like milk, but man is it a good source of calcium and vitamin D so yeah - I will deal with 4 - 8 ounces a day as needed. Hope everyone is having a great week so far!

I've noticed since I moved out of the negative apartment and got a long haired Chihuahua, who loves going for walks; I am starting to loose weight again and my ex sister-in-law noticed it on Sunday. I came home feeling like I was on cloud nine

I really hate that point in losing weight when your friends and coworkers are starting to notice (I'm pretty sure it's just because I got new smaller clothes), but the scale doesn't seem to agree with them.
I've been at a standstill for 3 weeks now, but suddenly people are saying, "You look like you're losing weight!"

I love their soymilk
Since I am having issues eating since I got my braces, I've been drinking a lot of milk, yogurt, rice, beans and thin bread until I go back on June 29th. Zimmeh

2 pounds up from 8 days in Atlanta/New Orleans... considering what i had that's not too bad, but i can say my skinny jeans were screaming at me when i put them on at the end of the trip!
