Good morning all...... For being away for 10 stress filled and long work days I feel like I did not do badly...gained 4 lbs back (groaning)... It was difficult for me to really maintain 500 calories because of the 12 - 14 hr days and disruption to my usual schedule. But now I have the pitfalls and will make adjustments. I do have a new clint soon, so I am not sure if I will have to be onsite more often than not yet. I have not yet been back to see the crazy Russian and he hasn't called yet......
