SMOKERS... LETS KICK the HABIT!!

You struggle is a normal one trust me.
I smoked since I was a young teen and my story very much the same.

I tried often to quit but honestly, did it in a much more non robotic method this time.
I also stopped kicking my own ass...that helped incredibly!

I quit using several methods together..Also some thought I was a whimp..for taking so long to finally commit.

It was the only way my mind would allow me to concieve never smoking.
Whimp or not, the results are in the final outcome..right?

I would be happy to share my tricks if you would like.

Also I suggest reading this thread from front to back.

It truely may have great suggestions in it you might choose to use.

I may be late, but all things in life are possible... For those of you who have read my story, or those of you who knew my heavy smoking habit, this is my Celebration of life...

*And it is a stepping stone for me.
*It has been one year and 6 days.
*It has become much easier.
*Yes I still have cravings, but water or a snack has tamed the beast.
*I don't blame stress as my crutch anymore.
*I blame my own loss of control if it becomes out of control.
*I deal with my actions one at a time now.
*I don't point at others and shoot blame.
*I feel more responsible and in control!
*Yes, I did gain weight after quitting... BUT... I also lost it with learning how to ease my down time at the gym in stead.
*I learned to do things I love to do, and not wait for any excuse to run outside and light up.
*I can go outside and sit with my smoking friends and still laugh, joke and shop talk without smoking.
*All the money I spent on cigarettes are now used to buy CD's or clothes that I realize I deserve after all, it's a celebration....

**I wish everyone the freedom of choice, and I need not judge or criticize. For I once was, once did, and have made my own choices in life. Good luck everyone! Learn to breath in the beauty all around you...

It is amazing all that you find just from putting down the smokes huh?..lol

I myself am learning to do everything new and fresh..it is bazzar but awesome to me.

I did the cut down thing for 2 months..it helped me extremely.
I needed to make sure all was consistant..and for me it worked.

Less is an achievment all in itself.

Often when we read sayings like this, we think of those we care about or for.

Today my challenge for myself and you is this,

Look inward with such love and praise.
Show yourself just how special and WORTH IT you are!

Name out loud or on paper, everything you are greatful for.

Do this everyday for a couple weeks,
And see the shift that happens.

Ok......time to start gearing up yet again to quit again, and I hope this time for good. Stress or life changes is always my downfall. I'm so tired of this monkey on my back so to speak....uuuugh I'm so done I hate it!!!!
