drink enough coffee to make up for last night's lack of sleep!
volunteer at the acupuncture clinic (it's a 4-5 hour shift so i'll do some email catchup and book reading and journaling too) get acupuncture! and try not to fall asleep for too long during...hehe. fold clothes cook (chicken, collard greens, not sure what else...sweet potatoes maybe?) clean up the kitchen - put stuff away, load dishwasher, clean out refrigerator make some phone calls go to bed early |

My ajenda for today was simplely getting over whatever sickness hit me last night,I mean It layed me flat as a fritter.Hot and cold chills really bad,red blotchy spots on my arms,swolen hands and knee joints,plus spending half the night and morning visiting the throne room.Not something I want to have at all,its been over 12 hours so now all I feel is sore then wimpy as can be.Ugh,go away.
