3. I read Brian Greene's The Elegant Universe several years ago.

4. I attempted to watch NOVA's 3 hour video production of Brian Greene's The Elegant Universe last week, but my computer was having issues and I nearly lost my mind during Part II, where we learn more about String Theory.

5. String theory is the part I really, really want to understand. Understand?

I am a Star Trek fan. Not like totally-geeked-out-go-to-conventions-avid, but I've seen every movie and TV show in existence.

I think brussel sprouts are nasty, slimy, huge snot looking vegetables.

I hate finding toothpaste in the sink.

1) When I get restless, I clean, and I won't stop until the whole room is done.
2) I've never been the one to cook in relationships, I always seem to partner with someone who likes to be the cook - and that's fine by me.
3) Stephen King is and always will be my favorite author.
4) This is the first time in my life I have not had an animal and it's very strange to me.
5) Open water scares me because I'm terrified of not being able to see to the bottom.

It's hard for me to stop by my ex-husband's house when my kids are there. They take the privileges for granted and seem so spoiled. Or, maybe I'm jealous that I can't give them everything that they (and I) want. Tonight, they're roughing it with me.

I need financial and legal advice, but I don't trust anyone. (How do you find a good advisor?) I am too often a victim of my own ignorance.

I love a good psychological thriller, but I'm not into the blood and gore slasher or zombie movies. If the supernatural is involved, I have to believe it.

I can imagine living in some type of co-housing community with other lesbians in the future. With the state of the economy and my own modest resources, I can't think of another way to live well and ensure that my needs are met as I get older.
