Mother Nature will win over human beings any time. When the debate comes up nature vs nuture I always vote nature. It just is.

Tommi is right about joy. Joy is every where and every day. It is what we make it to be.

My eyes are ever open. My heart even wider. My soul even deeper. There is a Oneness now that was not there before, or buried deeply. I will hold it tightly filling it each day and letting it go for those to enjoy around Me.

For today: I have learned that peace of mind is a state of joy, happiness, and quietness. An internal calm - free from all anxiety.

"Peace is truth. Truth is peace. If you want to obtain peace, be honest at all times. In truth, there is no deceit."

I was arrested when I was in my 20's when I was protesting for human rights. It was about 50 of us who got locked up. It was...interesting. This was on my wooden picket thingy.

Today I will listen to the rain and take in the message that it gives. Knowing tonight when I finally rest it will be a peaceful slumber for I have purge all that I have wanted and needed to. I am strong.

Not too long ago I was going through a very stressful time. My brother was with me (my blood brother/sibling). I looked at him and said, "I'm freaking the F... out man." He looked at me with compassion in his eyes and said, "Breathe in the love, exhale the peace." Still brings tears to my eyes.
