NTS do not think about things you can not change, may never be able to change, and wont be able to address until the next day, when you are trying to fall asleep

NTS because when you do this happens your thinking and NOT sleeping duh....it is what it is

NTS you need to remember this but only for the next 48 hours...if you use the microwave walk away from it until it is done...they said it will not hurt you but it WILL erase the data being collected

NTS you do not want that so push button...walk away...or better yet do NOT use it....
