<<~ It's a chilly day here today and I'm waiting on a batch of bread to rise, so I can bake it off later this afternoon.
Right now, though, I'm actually roasting some vegetables (brussel sprouts, carrots and parsnips with almonds): I wash them up and dry them off and then I dress them lightly in a rosemaried Olive Oil and sea salt and they're roasting in the oven @ 425 degrees. Can hardly wait to eat them (especially the fresh baked bread).

~>> feels quiet today, but that's mostly because I spoke with my youngest brother by phone earlier.... which our conversation took me back to 1997 when I was waiting for him at the Union Pacific train station downtown and he was coming 'home' to stay with me for awhile... The train station newspapers where plastered with the tragic accident that Princess Diana died in... I saved the New York Times from the day. It's funny how a song or a major event connected with someone you love with all your heart will come back to you, as if it happened yesterday.

We're preparing for yet another storm......
It's snowing now...... And we have to go to the store for some necessities....cuz we had a lazy morning.....along with some drama.....but that's figured out.... Teddy is making a nummy dinner for us.....and I am craving tater tots .gif "Say What?") Dunno how he will incorporate that into the dinner.....  We are moving south y'all!
