I wish I didn't think of "doing for myself" as a treat, to be squeezed in after everything and everyone else, but as something integrated into my life, like breathing. In fact, many times we don't even breathe properly.
Anyway, today was two consecutive trips to the gym (which I prefer to the small exercise room at my complex), and now I'm YouTubeing my music and messing around on the Planet  .
