Sometimes I forget to let people help. I worry to much about burdening others when they already have so much going on that I don't allow my friends to be my friends.

YSK I sat down and enjoyed my breakfast this morning, at a table, not my desk. Someone keeps telling me I should enjoy my meals instead of eating on the run.
