When I explain to people the reasons for my food choices, they are turned off by the fact that they can't just pick something up without doing so much leg work. I think most people just give up, because it is all so confusing. I really wish consumers were better protected with crystal clear labeling. Unfortunately, the deep pocketed food industry works very hard at pumping crap into our bodies with clever marketing.
