like today and tomorrow: my weekend of Iron Flute meditation (The Sound of One Hand).

It's not always an easy thing to do, because I think it's important to pay attention to things that are not always easy to hear or see or to say or be said. Finding the photo of the Geisha girls above inspires me to be more cognizant of what I think about, what I hear and say and do.
