Tomorrow is my evaluation and I'm stoked about it. I had a great workout today and will get a lot of sleep tonight since my appointment's not first thing in the morning. I'm thinking kick ass thoughts. Anyone can do anything for a few minutes, right?

The past two days have been challenging in many regards. I live in a small military town and we had over 5000 sailors descend on us for the weekend. The ship pulls out tomorrow, so today is not as frantic as the last two have been. I worked from 6:45am-almost 8pm last night. A lot of folks might be used to that but I have some seriously tired feet!

So, I stopped at the grocery store and indulged my inner child accidentally. I wasn't there to do so but it kind of wound up happening. *sheepish grin*

I've been denying her GS Samoas for a long time ($4 a box! Tons 'o calories/fat!) and last night, she saw that Dreyers had a GS Samoas ice cream......and it was on sale. That pleased the adult in me. Soooo....I had ice cream last night and it was NOT low calorie/carb/anything but it WAS high in taste and I felt like I got a reward for couple of rough days. I still have NO idea how they think that a half or quarter cup is a serving.
