Thankful for semi-painless days and the ability to walk again. They should call cortisone shots miracles in syringes. Well worth it!

I am thankful that when I woke up this morning, all the horrendous pain in my legs and lower back was GONE.

Yes, after 5 days of sheer hell, it just left me while I was sleeping last night. I woke up to feeling pain free. Such a moment of comfort! I laid in bed for an hour, allowing myself to enjoy the absence of pain. I feared if I got up and moved it might come back so i wanted to enjoy it. But it stayed away!

I am still going to take it easy. I have my TENS unit on my legs and am relaxing today.

But I am pain free!!!!!!!!!!!
