the ability to communicate effectively, including both listening and talking....granted it isn't constant but I'm thankful for it when it happens

My tree is decorated. My guitar is tuned. I have a cook book that was once my great grandmas now thanks to it being overlooked as worthless by more desperate relatives and there are lights strung up on my walk way for yule tide. Long productive day. I believe I will sleep soundly and soon <3

Being off work for 10 days, has given me the opportunity to find peace and tranquility and has given me the the time I needed to clear my mind of clutter and toxins that have been holding me back.
And for this I am most thankful!

I am thankful for my beautiful home which enables me to live and love in an exclusive and beautiful part of the world, surrounded by a provincial nature reserve ( home to rare plants and interesting birds such as the Marsh Wren, Osprey and Caspian Tern. Silver Maples, cattails, bulrushes, wild rice, and small pockets of thicket swamp are found here...In the winter, it's like walking through a wonderland!) In the summer I swim and canoe and play in a gorgeous freshwater lake, all of this in a private and friendly community of neighbours, and my Butch, who made all that possible for me.

i am so very blessed.
