Sugar, that's a common thing! Best to start at noon and then you can narrow down what your rising sign is. That's what the time affects the most.

I just went to that website, to get my free chart. Is the Ascendant = the Rising sign? If so, I am a double Sag, as I have the Sun and the Ascendant in Sagittarius.

Yes, that is correct. Ascendant is Rising. Double Sag makes you restless and wander a lot. You can not stand lies and have ended friendships over that. You are a good teacher and a great student because you always learn and always share what you learn.
