Chicken salad on toast. yum. I make the best chicken salad. It has celery onions and almonds in it. Sometimes grapes, but not this time. And coffee.

I beg to differ... my chicken salad is the best! Mine is made with apples & pecan pieces. But, I never eat it for breakfast ~ that would be silly

I was going to make myself a big breakfast since work ended way earlier than I wanted it to today, but instead, I opted to pop a bagel in the toaster and put on coffee, not just any coffee, I had Starbucks French Roast. So, while the coffee brewed, I slathered the toasted bagel with cream cheese and chive...yep, it was my breakfast.

I may just have that BIG breakfast at dinner time, though.

I had banana yogurt, with sliced banana, and a piece of toast.
I'm suppose to be going out later-- so I'll probably just have breakfast for lunch.

I really want a grapefruit, but my throat is a lil sore, so I will stick with Greek yogurt...and maybe a hard boiled egg...and toaster strudel...just to get rid of them...lol

4 oz. raspberry yogurt, a large apple, 3 strips of bacon, and wife is cooking me a waffle that I will enjoy with Land o Lakes Cinn&Sugar butter.. Maybe some potatoes.. mmm

Breakfast was Kashi Vanilla oatmeal and raspberry yogurt.
On break I had 8oz oj and about an ounce of roasted, salted peanuts.
Lunch is egg whites with cheddar cheese, garlic, minced onion and an english muffin toasted and topped with Land o Lakes Cinn&Sugar butter.

Need more food but not sure what

I made....

Pumpkin pancakes, made from Trader Joe's mix, topped with walnuts that i warmed in a butter and brown sugar sauce (caramel basically)

Fake bacon on the side..

I made an omelet with scallions, broccoli, spinach and cheddar cheese. Also made a fruit salad with strawberries, blueberries, mango and apple and I had half of a bran chai muffin.
