Today will be Gratitude Day in my world, and I will take the time to say "Thank You" for even the smallest of things. I know that even the smallest things add up to great peace.

I will be strong today. I will not let anyone break Me down. I will breathe in the world and let the happiness that I feel go out to all that are near. I will be grateful for My life and all those that are in it. I will smile at someone that I do not know, and not expect a smile in return. Love is the word of the day.
