What did you accomplish today?

Set up Mom's new computer I made her buy yesterday (found a HP desktop with Windows 7, thank god, with 2nd-gen i3 processor, 6GB RAM, 1TB physical storage and 20" LCD monitor for $399... I sternly told her, "Buy that shit and I can stop looking and won't have to bum an image from the tech bench at work.") Will complete the Live Essentials, MS Office and printer installs tomorrow (she bought a new printer and didn't tell me... surpriiiiise, ugh.)
Made my lunch and M's lunch for tomorrow
Bought new Corningware at Value Village to replace the ones broken in the Veggie Debacle of 2012
Cleaned out the fridge (we have very little waste, but sometimes bags and scraps get left behind or you find a dairy container bomb somewhere in the back)
Got laid

did dishes...

fed all the pets....

changed the cat box

took out the trash

did laundry

hung it to dry...(mostly)

folded laundry and brought it upstairs

vacuumed the living room

vacuumed the kitchen

cleaned the counters

cleaned the sink and strainer

mopped the kitchen

tidied the living room

cleaned and mopped the laundry room

got over my phobia about letting the cat go outside

remembered to bring extra plastic bags to Walmart to recycle

got my TEAS study guide

went to work

didn't have a nervous breakdown when I found out my car broke down while Teddy was driving home....and now it may just have to be replaced...

going to bed at a somewhat decent hour..it's been a longgg day

Today we....

Actually had fun while undertaking the often stressful process of relocation

we have another day of the same tomorrow...but even difficult tasks can be fun when in good company

I went to the dentist and had my teeth cleaned. I knew I had cavities but have been procrastinating because I don't like parting with money. My estimated cost wasn't too bad. I shouldn't procrastinate.

I showered, went to work, made supper, cleaned off my desk, made my bed, got a few important messages sent and I am now sitting down looking into more business details before I try to apartment hunt.
